The youth exchange “Building Self-Management Skills for Young Leaders” provides participants with a dynamic environment to explore and develop essential self-management competencies. Through interactive workshops, group discussions, and practical exercises, participants will enhance their ability to set goals, manage time effectively, and develop resilience in leadership roles.

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project
