In a world where loneliness and digital disconnection are on the rise, the Authentic Relating program offers a space to reconnect—with ourselves and others. Through guided practices and relational games, participants learn to communicate openly, take emotional risks, and build meaningful, honest relationships.

Now in its fourth edition, this experiential journey invites you to show up fully, welcome vulnerability, and practice deeper presence. Together, we create a supportive space where authenticity, compassion, and connection can thrive.

Age of participants: 16-30, group leader 18+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project
