Youth Voluntary Service / Jaunimo Savanoriška Tarnyba (JST) is an intensive 6-month volunteering program for young people aged 14 to 29. Participants volunteer an average of 40 hours per month in a host organization accredited for JST, where they contribute to meaningfulactivities, gain new skills, and grow personally and socially.

Each month, volunteers meet with a mentor assigned by a coordinating organization, who supports them in reflecting on their experience, overcoming challenges, and identifying learning outcomes and future development goals.

This is more than just volunteering – it’s a journey of self-discovery, skill-building, and empowerment.
