Hi! I’m Albiona, I’m 26 and I come from Genoa, Italy. I’ve just started a new adventure with Tavo Europa through the Italian Civil Service Program, and I’m really excited about it. Last year, I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International and Diplomatic Sciences, which helped grow my interest in international relations and cooperation. During my studies, thanks to the Erasmus+ programme, I had the chance to live in Barcelona and take part in several projects abroad—experiences that truly changed me.
Since then, I’ve continued exploring this world and started engaging in youth volunteering. I discovered how many opportunities are out there and how they can really change people’s lives. That’s why I want to keep promoting them, sharing meaningful moments, and meeting inspiring young people along the way. I also completed training in European project management, which made me even more Motivated to follow this path. I’d really like to keep learning and improving my skills in this field, working on real projects.
What I love most is traveling and building connections with people, because I’ve learned how much value this brings to our lives in so many ways. I hope to continue exploring, staying curious and open, while doing work that truly matters. My goal is to keep working in the non-profit sector and supporting young people, with a focus on empowerment, gender equality, and helping build a society that is more inclusive, fair, and aware.
