This project is designed to help young people build the essential skills needed to succeed in today’s fast-changing job market.

We will develop skills that are vital for various careers, particularly in digital and remote work environments. These include analytical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, leadership, and resilience, among others.

You will participate in a blend of online learning and hands-on activities. Through multimedia resources like videos, texts, quizzes, and reflection exercises, we will deepen your understanding of each skill at your own pace.

This immersive experience will allow you to test and refine the materials you’ve learned online, working alongside young people from different backgrounds.

Following the bootcamp, you will engage in local upskilling sessions in your community, where you will have the chance to apply these skills in real-life situations.

Age of participants: 16-30

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project
