A Journey Beyond Borders: Stories, Smiles, and Memories! ✨

The Power of Culture project is a journey where cultures meet, friendships bloom, and every moment becomes both a lesson and a celebration.

The project began with training in Lithuania, focused on understanding different cultures and exploring key concepts, ideas, and social issues. Next, participants moved to Italy, where the focus was on exploring the connection between community and culture, and understanding how they influence each other.

One participant described the experience:

We explored the village’s landmarks and hidden gems, discovering the richness of its history and community. 🏡🌎 In the afternoon, we shared stories and insights on feminism and equality, envisioning a world where opportunities and fairness are for all. 📍🇮🇹 Exchanging books and videos deepened our understanding and fueled our commitment to positive change. 📚🎥

The project highlights how learning, unity, and culture together can inspire a more just and inclusive world. Culture connects people in countless ways — through dance, poetry, singing, storytelling, and most importantly, through shared experiences.

The next step of the project takes participants to Poland, the final stage to explore the country, its culture, and local traditions — including some delicious pierogi! Meanwhile, the gallery captures some of the most memorable moments so far.
