Location: Alexandroupoli, Greece.
This training course is designed to empower youth workers with practical tools, non-formal learning methods and self-care strategies to better understand and respond to the increasing mental health challenges young people are facing today.
Throughout the training, we will explore topics such as psychological first aid, trauma-informed youth work, stress and anxiety management, emotional resilience, boundaries and burnout prevention through experiential activities, group work, reflection, sharing circles, simulations and peer support.
The course aims to strengthen youth workers’ competences, confidence and well-being so they can create safer spaces, recognise early signs of mental distress, provide healthier support in their communities and build sustainable youth work practices.
At the same time you will get the chance to grow your international network, meet inspiring people, exchange real experiences and build new future projects together. If this topic is something you feel connected with, join us now!
Age of participants: 18+
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project.
