This training course invites youth workers to explore how trauma-informed practice can create safer, more inclusive spaces for young people — especially those facing difficult life challenges.
You will learn about trauma, stress responses, psychological first aid, emotional regulation, and the protective role youth work can play in a young person’s life. The program combines research-based knowledge with practical tools, self-reflection, and nature-connected experiential activities.
The course also highlights cooperation with other international professionals and the importance of safeguarding when working with vulnerable youth.
If you want to grow as a mindful, confident, and supportive youth worker — and help young people feel seen, safe, and understood — this training course is a meaningful next step!
