Cycles – Circles – Loop is a youth exchange where we, as young people, explore the world and ourselves through creativity, movement, and meaningful action.
In a fast and overwhelming society, we often forget the cycles that shape our bodies, nature, materials, and the planet we share. This project invites us to slow down, reconnect, and rethink these processes in a more circular and sustainable way.
Together, we explore how our small, local choices are connected to global systems. Through circus arts, performing arts, and social theatre, we dive into the links between our bodies, emotions, materials, and the natural environment, discovering how our actions can ripple far beyond borders.
Through dynamic workshops, movement, creative sessions, and group reflections, we explore natural cycles like seasons, emotions, and ecological processes, while recognising shared patterns and today’s global challenges. With the support of facilitators, we co-create performative actions inspired by respect, care, empathy, collaboration, and critical thinking.
In the end, we will share our creative outcomes and reflections in a public presentation for the local community, spreading our message of sustainability and interconnectedness beyond the exchange.
