Location: Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg.

This training course is a practical and engaging chance for youth workers to better support young people in a world where technology is changing fast.

Together, we will explore in a simple and accessible way what quantum tech, AI, automation, and new digital industries mean for the next generation and why they matter. We will look at how these changes affect future jobs and the gap between traditional education and today’s shifting job market.

Through interactive activities, hands-on tools, methodologies, and facilitation techniques, we will learn how to help young people discover new career paths, build future-proof skills, and deal with worries about job loss or rapid technological change.

We will also reflect on important ethical questions around AI, automation, and fairness, and explore strategies to support digital inclusion and resilience.

The course will make complex topics easy to understand and help us feel more confident in guiding young people through uncertainty.

If you want to empower young people to face the future with adaptability, creativity, and optimism, this training is for you.

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project.
