This is a training course that invites youth workers to explore the power of sound, mindfulness and creative expression as tools for self-development and social inclusion.
The project focuses on supporting the well-being, confidence and emotional expression of young people, especially those with special educational needs, by combining sound healing, art-based methods and non-formal education.
With the guidance of experienced professionals, participants will take part in hands-on workshops, experiential learning, creative and mindful activities, and direct work with local youth.
Through this journey, we will deepen our connection with our inner processes and gain practical tools we can confidently use in daily youth work.
Set in a peaceful natural environment, Mindful Sound offers a safe and inspiring space for learning, sharing and growth, while building meaningful connections across cultures.
If you are curious, open-minded and motivated to make your youth work more inclusive, creative and human-centered, this training is for you!
