Location: Carrión de los Condes, Spain.

All Cultures, All Rights, All People is an Erasmus+ Training Course designed for youth workers and educators working in rural areas with young people from diverse cultural, ethnic and migrant backgrounds.

The project addresses concrete challenges such as discrimination, prejudice, emotional displacement and language barriers that often limit young people’s participation and sense of belonging.

Through non-formal and experiential learning methods, participants will take part in interactive workshops, group discussions, case-based work and peer-learning sessions, where they will analyse real situations from their daily work and exchange effective practices.

The programme also includes creative and digital activities, with a focus on podcasting as a tool for dialogue, visibility and inclusion.

By the end of the training, participants will have developed practical methods and tools they can adapt and implement in their local contexts, strengthening inclusive youth work practices and intercultural understanding.

Apply now and bring new tools for inclusion to your community.

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project.
