INCLUDE+ LAB is a training course for youth workers who want to make their activities more inclusive, more supportive for wellbeing, more eco-aware, and more connected to the digital world.
During the training, you’ll join a diverse group of youth workers and learn through non-formal education, with interactive workshops, group challenges, practical exercises, creative tasks, discussions, and daily reflection moments.
Together, we’ll explore topics that matter in real youth work today: inclusion and diversity, mental and physical health, green practices and sustainability, youth employability and skills development, and digital tools that can make your activities more engaging and accessible.
You’ll get the chance to try out methods, exchange experiences from your own reality, and build concrete ideas you can take back home.
A big focus is also on designing sessions that work for different youth groups, including young people with fewer opportunities, creating safe spaces where everyone can feel welcome, respected, and motivated.
If you want to learn by doing, connect with inspiring people from other countries, and leave with new energy for your local projects, apply now!
