This European Solidarity Corps volunteering project takes place in Ioannina, Greece, and focuses on social inclusion, education, and community support.
Volunteers work with refugee and migrant boys aged 13–18, supporting them through non-formal educational activities, creative workshops, sports, language games, and daily mentoring. The project aims to create a safe and welcoming environment where young people can feel supported, included, and encouraged to grow.
Alongside daily activities, volunteers contribute to awareness-raising initiatives, community events, and NGO communication, while working in an international and multicultural team. Training, mentoring, and language support are provided throughout the experience.
This project is a meaningful opportunity to learn by doing, develop intercultural and communication skills, and make a positive impact at local level, while living and volunteering together in a strong community setting.
