Location: Rende, Italy.

This international training course brings together youth workers, trainers, facilitators, mentors and youth leaders who want to support young people in finding direction, building employability skills, and creating real social impact through youth work.

Through participatory workshops, hands-on activities, guided self-reflection and peer-to-peer exchange, participants will explore the IKIGAI framework and learn how to transform it from a personal discovery tool into a practical methodology for youth orientation, motivation and non-formal education.

The training focuses on connecting passions, skills and values with meaningful opportunities, helping participants design concrete tools and activities they can use with young people, and shaping follow-up actions to bring back to their local communities.

Moreover, the course creates a warm and supportive space for sharing experiences, learning from each other, and leaving with fresh energy, new methods and ready-to-use ideas for impactful youth work.

If you’re ready to grow your practice, reconnect with your IKIGAI, and help young people, join now!

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project.
