Location: Stāmeriena, Latvia

The training focuses on practical inclusion in youth work, especially when working with young people with fewer opportunities and diverse backgrounds.

Together we will explore how exclusion can appear in everyday youth work settings and how to actively respond to it through inclusive attitudes, methods and activities.

Throughout the training, we will engage in interactive workshops, group work, simulations, role plays, reflection sessions, peer learning and creative activities.

The focus is on developing concrete skills such as inclusive communication, conflict management, designing accessible activities, supporting mental wellbeing, and encouraging meaningful youth participation.

The course also creates space for exchange of experiences and good practices between participants from different countries, helping youth workers reflect on their own role, values and responsibilities in building inclusive youth spaces.

By the end of the training, you will leave with new tools and practical ideas to apply in your local communities.

Join us if you want to keep making difference.

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project.
