This hands-on training brings together youth workers from different countries who want to design and lead inclusive, high-quality Youth Exchanges.
Through simulations, role-plays, project labs, field visits, and peer learning, participants will explore youth participation, inclusion strategies, group leader roles, Erasmus+ quality standards, sustainability tools, and intercultural dialogue.
Working in an international group, you’ll exchange real practices, co-create concrete tools, and leave with ready-to-use methods for your next Youth Exchange.
