Location: Palermo, Italy

This training course is designed for youth workers who want to explore how youth work can help uncover, understand, and challenge the visible and hidden dynamics of organised crime in society.

Participants will take part in interactive workshops and learning sessions focused on topics such as legality, civic engagement, anti-mafia education, and democratic participation. Through storytelling, group discussions, and participatory non-formal education methods, you will analyse how corrupt systems and organised crime can influence communities, often in subtle or invisible ways. The training will encourage critical reflection on how youth workers can transform awareness into action by promoting justice, protecting common goods, and empowering young people to engage actively in their communities.

If you want to strengthen your understanding of civic responsibility, gain innovative educational tools, and learn how youth work can contribute to building more transparent, democratic, and resilient communities, this training course is for you!

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
