Location: Gdańsk, Poland
This training course is designed for youth workers who want to strengthen their ability to listen deeply — to themselves, to others, to their communities, and to the natural world — in order to build more meaningful connections and impactful youth work practices.
Participants will take part in interactive workshops and reflective activities focused on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and empathetic communication. Through guided exercises, group discussions, and peer learning, you will explore your inner motivations, values, and strengths while developing skills in active listening, coaching, and Non-Violent Communication. These tools will help participants better understand the needs and emotions of the young people they work with and foster more supportive relationships.
Participants will meet local changemakers, explore real community challenges through Design Thinking, and take part in nature-based activities that highlight the importance of environmental awareness and sustainable practices.
If you want to deepen your self-awareness, improve your communication skills, and discover new ways to connect with people, communities, and nature through youth work, this training course is for you!
Age of participants: 18+
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
