Location: Craiova, Romania
This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to explore democracy, civic engagement, and the role of youth within the European Union, while reflecting on how young people can actively participate in shaping democratic societies.
The programme combines interactive workshops, discussions, and simulations where participants will explore topics such as how democratic systems function, how the European Union works, the importance of voting, and ways young people can engage in civic life at local and European levels. Through non-formal education methods, participants will take part in debates, role-plays, group activities, and collaborative learning sessions that encourage critical thinking, dialogue, and active participation.
If you want to gain a deeper understanding of democracy, exchange ideas with young people from different countries, and develop the skills needed to participate more actively in your community and in European civic life, this youth exchange is for you.
Age of participants: 18–30
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance rules after the project.
