Location: Terrassa, Spain
This training course is designed for youth workers and educators who want to explore movement and dance as powerful tools for learning, inclusion, and personal development.
Participants will take part in hands-on workshops focused on body awareness, creative expression, and non-verbal communication. Through practical exercises, group work, and experiential learning, you will explore how movement can support self-esteem, emotional well-being, and confidence, while discovering new ways to use dance in both formal and non-formal educational settings.
The programme also encourages reflection on culture, identity, and the role of history in shaping educational experiences. Participants will explore how dance can promote inclusion, diversity, and cooperation, while also addressing gender equality by challenging stereotypes and experimenting with non-traditional roles.
If you want to gain practical tools, boost your creativity, and learn how to use movement as an engaging and inclusive method in your work with young people, this training course is for you!
