Volunteer in León, Spain 🇪🇸

“The Youth Power 2.0” is an international volunteering project set in León, Spain, where you will have the opportunity to join a team of European volunteers and take part in educational, social, and community-based activities in different local organisations across the city. 

You will work on activities connected to youth participation, non-formal education, intercultural learning, solidarity, and social inclusion. Depending on the hosting organisation, volunteers may support educational and leisure-time activities with children and young people, help prepare workshops and school support materials, contribute to artistic, sports, and human rights activities, assist with intergenerational and community initiatives, support dissemination and communication activities, and take part in the development of local and international youth projects. Some placements also include supporting social media, daily organisational tasks, family and educational follow-up, and activities with older adults and Alzheimer patients. 

Reminder: Accommodation, food allowance, and pocket money are covered, and volunteers will stay in a shared apartment with other volunteers while having their own private bedroom. If needed, local transport will also be covered. The project offers 6 vacancies in total: 3 in Auryn Association, 1 in Alzheimer León, 1 in Valponasca, and 1 in Don Bosco Youth Center.
