Location: Dolni Rakovets, Bulgaria
This training course is designed for youth workers who want to explore artistic and ecological tools for social inclusion while developing practical methods to support the personal growth, confidence, and wellbeing of young people with special educational needs.
Participants will take part in interactive workshops and non-formal education activities focused on ecological art, sustainability, nature-based learning, and inclusive youth work. Through methods such as music, painting, sensory theatre, handcrafting, clay work, recycled art, mindfulness, and sound healing, you will explore how creative and natural approaches can help young people with special needs express themselves, reduce stress, build confidence, and strengthen their sense of wellbeing.
The programme combines non-formal education methods, teamwork, creativity, and direct practice to strengthen key competences such as facilitation, empathy, communication, inclusion, session design, and community engagement. Special attention is given to the role of art and nature in social work, promoting autonomy, emotional expression, and motivation among people with intellectual difficulties.
If you want to connect with people from different countries, gain practical experience in social work, and be part of an inspiring international training experience, this project is for you!
