Location: Recoaro Terme, Italy

This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to explore self-awareness, communication, and inclusive relationships while building meaningful connections in an international and supportive environment.

Participants will take part in experiential workshops and non-formal education activities focused on body awareness, active listening, empathy, authentic expression, and nonviolent communication. Through mind-body practices such as aikido, breathing, mindfulness, group reflection, and intercultural learning, you will explore how to better understand your emotions, needs, and communication styles while learning how to build open, respectful, and collaborative relationships with others.

The programme combines Eastern mind-body wellness practices and Western communication models to strengthen key competences such as self-awareness, empathy, inclusion, active listening, cooperation, and constructive conflict resolution. Special attention is given to creating a safe and accessible space where every participant can feel recognised, valued, and actively involved, regardless of their cultural, social, or personal background.

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
