Location: Lozen, Bulgaria

This professional development activity is designed for youth workers, teachers, facilitators, mentors, coaches, and people working with young people who want to strengthen their wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth while developing practical tools for navigating challenges in their professional and personal lives.

Participants will take part in immersive sessions and non-formal learning activities focused on communication, self-regulation, embodiment, coaching, leadership, problem solving, and resilience. Through simulations, pair and group work, reflection, artistic expression, theatre, performance, and experiential exercises, you will explore how to stay calm in complex situations, reconnect with yourself, and build stronger relationships with others. 

The programme combines experiential learning, coaching, embodiment, and self-regulation techniques to strengthen key competences such as communication, teamwork, leadership, resilience, emotional awareness, and professional reflection. Special attention is given to both personal and professional growth, encouraging participants to pause, reconnect, and grow in a supportive learning environment.

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
