Location: La Ferme du Fai, France
This training course is designed for youth workers and young leaders who want to learn how to facilitate youth exchanges and work camps in an inclusive, responsible, and engaging way.
Participants will take part in interactive workshops and practical sessions focused on group facilitation, leadership, and community building. Through role-playing, discussions, and hands-on activities, you will explore how to create safe and respectful environments, manage group dynamics, and turn cultural diversity into a strength. You will also learn how to involve participants in decision-making, value their skills, and ensure that everyone feels included and empowered.
The programme combines non-formal education, real-life simulations, and experiential learning, encouraging participants to reflect on their role as facilitators and develop practical tools for working with international groups. Everyday moments such as shared tasks, meals, and group activities will be approached as opportunities for learning, connection, and personal growth.
If you want to gain practical facilitation skills, build confidence in leading groups, and create meaningful and inclusive youth exchanges, this training course is for you!
Age of participants: 18+
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
