This project is for young people who want to slow down, disconnect, and rediscover real-life experiences.
For 9 days, you’ll take part in interactive workshops, group discussions, outdoor activities, and creative sessions exploring digital culture, social media habits, and the impact of constant online life. You’ll reflect on life before and after the internet, join a field trip, try out new hobbies, and create your own digital detox strategies that actually work.
Together with participants from different countries, you’ll share perspectives, explore trends, and discover how to build a healthier and more balanced relationship with technology.
