Location: Rende, Italy

This Youth Exchange is designed for young people and youth workers who want to better understand global tensions, social polarization, and the role of youth in promoting dialogue and peace.

Participants will take part in interactive workshops and reflective activities focused on connecting global issues with personal experiences and everyday interactions. Through group discussions, exercises, and peer learning, you will explore how contrasting narratives shape perceptions, emotions, and relationships, while developing critical thinking and awareness of your role in today’s world.

The programme moves beyond theory, encouraging participants to see peace as a practical, daily action. Through experiential learning and reflection, you will learn how to transform feelings of uncertainty or helplessness into responsibility, engagement, and constructive action in your communities.

If you want to gain clarity on complex global issues, strengthen your ability to navigate differences, and contribute to building more peaceful and connected communities, this training course is for you!

Age of participants: 16 – 30, Group leader: 18+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
