Location: Elblag, Poland
This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves and others, and explore a more mindful and balanced way of living.
Participants will take part in experiential learning activities that combine movement, reflection, and nature-based experiences to strengthen the connection between body, mind, and emotions. Through group activities, workshops, and peer learning, you will explore themes such as presence, well-being, belonging, and emotional awareness, while discovering how connection with nature can positively support mental health.
The programme creates a supportive and inclusive space where participants can reflect on their relationship with themselves, with others, and with the environment. By combining non-formal education, shared experiences, and moments of reflection, the exchange encourages participants to develop a deeper sense of care, responsibility, and connection as individuals and as part of a wider community and ecosystem.
If you want to reconnect with nature, improve your well-being, and experience a meaningful intercultural journey focused on mindfulness, connection, and personal growth, this youth exchange is for you!
Age of participants: 18-30
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
