Location: Galicia, Spain
This training course is designed for youth workers who want to support young people’s self-esteem, identity development, and emotional well-being through creative and visual methods.
Participants will take part in hands-on workshops focused on photography, visual storytelling, and zine-making as tools for non-formal education. Through practical exercises, group work, and peer learning, you will explore how creative expression can help young people reflect on their identity, challenge negative self-image, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
The programme combines artistic practice with reflection and intercultural exchange, encouraging participants to experiment with self-portrait photography and storytelling techniques while addressing topics such as body image, self-perception, and the impact of digital media. You will also gain practical tools and methods to create inclusive learning spaces that foster resilience and self-expression among young people.
If you want to develop creative approaches, strengthen your youth work practice, and empower young people to express themselves and build confidence, this training course is for you!
Age of participants: 18+
