This international Youth Exchange brings together young people from across Europe for a hands-on journey into the wild, where you can learn real outdoor and survival skills, take care of  your mental well-being, and rediscover what it means to slow down and simply be. 

Through exciting workshops and activities, you will be albe to explore how to move through nature, build basic survival know-how, practice first aid and emergency response in the field, and reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

You will also share campfire evenings, trail walks, and creative sessions with young Europeans from different backgrounds, building real friendships that go beyond borders.
