Location: Bernāti, Latvia

Behind the Wheel is an international Erasmus+ Training Course set in the stunning coastal surroundings of Bernāti, Latvia. It will bring together youth workers, facilitators, NGO staff, and educators from 8 countries across Europe for a few days of deep learning, personal growth, and real transformation.

Through mindfulness exercises, body awareness practices, embodiment methods, coaching tools, reflective circles, facilitation workshops, and hands-on activities exploring emotional resilience, participants will discover how to better understand and support young people’s needs and challenges. At the same time, they will also develop self-awareness and emotional management skills.

Age of participants: 18+ years old.

Accommodation and meals during the project will be fully covered. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
