Non Formal Education Methods Lab
Project in Poland
July 18-26, 2026

cover-1

Location: Poland

Non Formal Education Methods Lab is an Erasmus+ Training Course focused on practical, tested non-formal education methods for working with groups. You will explore how to design and facilitate sessions that support integration, team building, evaluation, and reflection, and you will exchange tools with an international group of youth workers, trainers, coordinators, and active volunteers.

The programme is hands-on and varied. Alongside core facilitation practice, you will experience themed method days (including living history lessons, graffiti-based work, and creative handicraft workshops) and learn how to adapt these approaches for your own local and international projects. There is also a study-visit component in the region and time to connect with peers in an intensive learning environment.

Active TavoEuropa membership is required to participate. The Lithuanian team size for this course is currently to be confirmed, so it is marked with a question mark in our application sheet for now. If you have any questions, contact Austeja at austejai@tavo-europa.eu.

Age of participants: 18+

The training takes place near Lublin, Poland, with the main activity dates on July 19-25, 2026 (arrival July 18 and departure July 26). Accommodation is organised in shared international rooms with private bathrooms, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance band rules – please see the infopack for the exact amounts and required travel documents.
