Non-Violent Environment for Youth Work is an Erasmus+ Training Course designed for youth workers, youth leaders, social workers, teachers, activists, and other professionals working with young people. The training focuses on creating healthier and more supportive environments through non-violent communication, mental health awareness, emotional intelligence, and self-care practices.
Through non-formal education methods, storytelling, reflection exercises, and experiential learning, participants will explore practical tools for improving communication, building empathy, managing conflicts, and fostering sustainable relationships in youth work and everyday life. The program combines personal growth with professional learning, offering a complete approach that connects body, mind, and emotions.
