This youth worker mobility project is for professionals who want to dive into mental health, professional resilience, and sustainable work practices while connecting with inspiring colleagues from across Europe in an open, creative, and supportive environment.
Through structured workshops, adventure therapy, and non-formal learning sessions, you’ll explore burnout prevention, practical self-care, stress-management, coaching, and gamification in a fun and engaging way. Together, we’ll discover how to integrate innovative well-being strategies into your daily youth-work practice, helping to reduce exhaustion and maintain resilience in your demanding field.
You’ll build confidence in self-regulation, strengthen your understanding of emotional load, and learn how peer learning and international exchange can play a powerful role in improving job satisfaction and the overall quality of youth work. Expect teamwork, creativity, international networking, and plenty of opportunities to exchange good practices and perspectives.
The programme combines non-formal education, reflective practice, and collaborative sessions to help you develop valuable skills in resilience, well-being, and sustainable work-life balance — skills you can use in your daily practice, future projects, and long-term professional career.
If you’re a youth worker, mentor, trainer, or facilitator passionate about well-being, curious about innovative methods like adventure therapy, and excited to meet colleagues from different countries while creating a supportive learning community together, this project is for you!
