NextGen Lab is a 9-day Youth Exchange in Bucharest, Romania (4-14 August 2026) bringing together young people from different countries to learn, create and grow through non-formal education. The programme combines interactive workshops, team challenges, intercultural evenings, and city and community-based activities in a supportive international setting.
Participants will explore leadership and entrepreneurship, active citizenship and sustainability, arts and culture, communication and media, health and well-being, and technology and innovation. Each day is built around a theme, with space for reflection and Youthpass learning recognition.
The exchange is open to participants aged 18-30. Lithuania will send 4 participants and 1 group leader. Accommodation and meals are provided, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands (including green travel options), after participation and required documents.
Active TavoEuropa membership is required to participate. If you have questions, contact Austeja at austejai@tavo-europa.eu.
