During the training course you will exchange experiences and good practices with youth workers, trainers and educators from different European countries while discovering more than 100 games and activities based on non-formal education. Through practical workshops and interactive sessions, participants will explore energisers, team-building exercises, communication and reflection methods, as well as tools that can be used in youth exchanges, camps, schools and local youth initiatives.
The programme aims to strengthen participants’ competences in using games as educational tools and to promote creativity, inclusion and active participation. Throughout the week, you will have the opportunity to test and adapt different methodologies, share your own experiences and return to your organisation with a wide collection of practical resources and new ideas that can be implemented in your daily work. The training will also foster international cooperation and networking, encouraging participants to continue developing projects and initiatives that support young people and their communities.
