Emotional Theatre in Erasmus +
Project in Estonia
September 2 - 10, 2026

Estonia, Haapsalu linnus

Location: Tammispea, Estonia

This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to discover new forms of self-expression, step into different roles, and explore their emotions through the language of theatre — all while building meaningful connections in an international and supportive environment.

Participants will take part in creative theatre workshops, improvisation exercises, forum theatre, and immersive theatre, where feelings become artistic material and the body becomes a tool for storytelling. Through non-verbal workshops in mimicry and movement, you’ll discover that you don’t need to speak the same language to truly connect with someone, but that sometimes a look or a gesture says it all.

Alongside the theatre sessions, there will be daily reflections, group dynamics, an intercultural evening, and free time to explore the surrounding Lahemaa National Park, just steps from the Baltic Sea.

If you want to step out of your comfort zone, connect with people from different countries without needing the perfect words, and be part of a safe space built on creativity and honesty — this youth exchange is for you!

Age of participants: 15-17 (Youth Participants) or 18+ (Group Leaders).

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
