Location: Rēzekne, Latvia

TRAIN UP is an Erasmus+ KA1 international training course in Rēzekne, Latvia (18-24 October 2026) for youth workers, youth leaders and project managers who want to strengthen their work with non-formal education.

The training focuses on non-formal education methods and facilitation of non-formal learning. Through interactive workshops, simulations, group work, discussions and reflection, you will explore practical ways to design learner-centred activities and create safe and inclusive learning environments.

By the end of the week, participants will have hands-on experience and increased confidence to plan and facilitate their own non-formal learning activities with different target groups.

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and activities take place at the Eastern Latvian Center of Creative Services “Zeimuls” in Rēzekne, and breakfast, lunch and dinner are fully covered. Travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands and require original travel documents. Active TavoEuropa membership is required to participate.
