Enhancing EU Values for Youth is an Erasmus+ professional development training course designed for youth workers and youth leaders who want to strengthen how they support young people in diverse and multicultural learning environments. The course focuses on practical competences such as communication, teamwork, and intercultural learning, with special attention to inclusion and supporting young people with fewer opportunities.

Through workshops, reflection, and peer learning, participants explore how EU values connect to everyday youth work and how to turn those values into concrete activities that foster active citizenship, participation, and social inclusion. The programme also supports sharing good practices and building a sustainable network for future cooperation.

The training takes place in Selianitika, Greece from 23 to 28 September 2026 (arrival on 23 September, departure on 28 September). Accommodation, meals, and programme materials are covered. Travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules (for Lithuania up to 309 EUR with proper documents), and transfers from Athens International Airport to the venue are organised.
