The Art of Being a Camp Leader is an Erasmus+ seminar focused on what it means to lead international youth exchanges and workcamps in a responsible, inclusive and inspiring way.

Participants will explore camp leadership through discussions, role-playing, practical tools, real-life experiences and shared reflection. The programme looks at intercultural learning, group decision-making, safety, consent, equality, cooperation with local communities and how to create youth projects where everyone feels involved, recognised and safe.

The seminar is suitable for people who have been, or plan to be, leaders in international youth exchanges or workcamps, as well as those interested in youth work, non-formal education and leadership.

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals are provided, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules as described in the infopack.
