Leading Together! is an Erasmus+ seminar for youth workers, facilitators and group leaders focused on understanding and facilitating group dynamics. The seminar will bring together participants from different countries to exchange experiences, test practical tools and reflect on how to support groups from the first welcome through cooperation, decision-making and moments of tension.
The programme will use non-formal education, peer learning, practical experimentation and collective reflection. Participants will explore how to create a welcoming and safer environment, build trust, understand group roles and needs, involve participants actively, share organisational values and deal with challenges such as safety, tensions and conflicts.
The seminar will take place at Le Creneau in Montcombroux-les-Mines, France from 16 to 20 November 2026, with three full working days from 17 to 19 November.
Age of participants: 18+
Accommodation and meals are covered by the organising organisation. Travel costs can be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules, with the standard Lithuania-France travel band usually up to 309 EUR, or up to 417 EUR for green travel. Active TavoEuropa membership is required to participate.
