Location: Băile Govora, Vâlcea County, Romania
Included Voices is an Erasmus+ training course focused on peer education for democratic participation. It equips youth workers to support marginalised young people as active participants in democratic life by helping them become peer educators within their own communities.
The course will take place in Băile Govora, Romania, from 13 to 22 November 2026. Participants will explore marginalisation and barriers to participation, European identity and citizenship, peer education ethics, forum theatre, participatory budgeting, living library methods, and practical ways to design peer-led civic activities.
The programme uses non-formal education, peer learning, practical workshops, reflection and action planning. Participants will develop skills in facilitation, communication, leadership, project planning and creating inclusive learning spaces that can be transferred to their local youth work.
Age of participants: 18+
Accommodation, meals and programme materials are covered. Travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project and after all required travel documents are submitted. Active TavoEuropa membership is required to participate.
