Location: Markutiškės, Lithuania

Unlocking Learning is a training course about neuroeducation in youth work. The project will help youth workers understand how young people learn, remember and apply information, especially in today’s digital environment.

Participants will explore how neuroeducation and non-formal learning methods can make youth activities more engaging, structured and impactful. The course is designed for youth workers who want to better support different learning styles, create meaningful activities and bring more practical learning approaches into their work with young people.

The programme is for participants with at least 6 months of youth work experience who are motivated to learn, take part in the full project and contribute to follow-up activities after returning home. Newcomers to Erasmus+ are also welcome.

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals are provided, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules as described in the infopack.
