Inclusion & Diversity in Youth Work is a training course for youth workers and NGO representatives who want to make inclusion a real daily practice, not just a statement.
The project explores how organisations, programmes and facilitators can avoid common traps such as tokenism, one-size-fits-all approaches, unconscious bias and treating accessibility as an afterthought. Participants will reflect on their own role as facilitators, examine barriers to inclusion and learn how to design more accessible and welcoming learning environments.
Through non-formal and experiential methods, case studies, reflection and practical tools, participants will work with inclusion audit methods that they can later use in their own organisations and programmes. The course will also support participants in creating concrete action plans for more inclusive youth work practice.
Age of participants: 18+
Accommodation and meals are provided, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules as described in the infopack.
