OneWay is a seminar on youth inclusion for youth workers, focused on active participation, empowerment and inclusive youth work practice.
Participants will look at different barriers young people may face, including social, economic, geographical, educational, cultural, health-related and disability-related barriers. Through exchange, reflection and practical activities, they will share good practices, adapt methods from other countries and design non-formal education activities that can be used in local communities.
As part of the project, participants will join an international conference on youth inclusion, where they can share methods, examples and experiences with youth workers, experts and local stakeholders. The seminar will also support participants in building connections and developing practical follow-up ideas for their own youth work.
Age of participants: 18+
Accommodation and meals are provided, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules as described in the infopack.
