Hello from.. Alicante Spain, where 2 of our participants attended a training course for Body Liberation. 

During a wonderful week with participants from Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Sweden, Macedonia, Turkey, and the Czech Republic had the opportunity to exchange valuable practices and experiences related to body size discrimination and body aesthetic violence. It’s important to raise awareness about this often-overlooked issue, which is still not openly discussed in many countries.
