RAA Youth Volunteering Experience is a unique opportunity for young people who want to explore life in Romania while supporting youth development through non-formal education. We’re looking for 1 volunteer to join our Youth Team in Bucharest for a dynamic and rewarding experience.

You’ll assist with workshops, events, and youth exchanges, helping to create an inclusive and engaging space for local and international young people. This is a great fit if you enjoy working in a team, have fresh ideas, and want to make a positive impact.

Volunteers will work around 30–35 hours per week. You’ll live in a shared apartment, receive monthly food and pocket money, and all travel, accommodation, and local transport costs are covered. Training, mentorship, and cultural support are provided throughout your stay.
