Are you excited about teamwork, hands-on activities, and contributing to a unique cultural space? Our ESC Volunteering Team project in Heidenheim is the perfect opportunity to gain new skills, support a community-based theatre, and make a real difference!
As a volunteer, you’ll help the Naturtheater Heidenheim after the end of their theatrical season by taking part in important behind-the-scenes work that keeps the theatre running. You will assist with dismantling the stage set, winterizing the auditorium, painting, general outdoor maintenance, and supporting preparations for the regional amateur theatre award ceremony.
You’ll get the chance to work outdoors, collaborate with an international team, and experience how one of Southern Germany’s largest open-air theatres operates. It’s a hands-on project where your contribution directly supports the theatre community.
But that’s not all! You’ll also have the opportunity to bring enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and teamwork to a long-standing cultural institution—while enjoying a meaningful volunteer experience in a beautiful natural setting.
By joining this project, you’ll support a non-profit theatre, contribute to community culture, and enjoy a rewarding, practical ESC experience. It’s a chance to learn, grow, and have fun—while making a real impact.
