“A Garden to Read” is an inspiring project taking place in the beautiful natural surroundings of La Ferté-Alais, France. Here you’ll have the opportunity to join an international group of volunteers and contribute to a meaningful community initiative while living close to nature. This opportunity is open to male volunteers only.

You will support the development of a new reading space in the garden of the Ballancourt media library. The project focuses on transforming an abandoned garden into a welcoming outdoor area for children and the local community. Activities include building wooden benches and tables, creating decorative elements, improving the garden space, and working together on eco-friendly practices. Volunteers will collaborate with people from different cultures while promoting environmental awareness, creativity, and community engagement.
